You only need to allow it once in System Settings. No Terminal needed.

Double-click the downloaded DMG and drag Hyper Log into the Applications folder.
Open Hyper Log from Applications. When “Hyper Log” Not Opened appears, click Done. (Don’t click Move to Trash.)
Open the Apple menu at the top left → System Settings → Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
Scroll down to Security and click Open Anyway next to “Hyper Log” was blocked to protect your Mac.
Enter your Mac password (or Touch ID), then click Open Anyway once more. That’s it — from now on it opens normally, and updates install from inside the app.

No Open Anyway button? Try opening the app once more to bring the warning back, then look again. The button only shows for about an hour after you try to open the app.
If it says is damaged and can’t be opened, the download didn’t finish. Move it to the Trash and download it again from this page.
